I am going to be running a web hosting company with a friend of mine, and I was wondering if someone could possibly give me a list or even explain the essentials I need to know to be able to run a hosting company.

What form of payments are you going to be accepting? Are you going to allow warez/adult sites?

I will be using Modernbill.

And I am not sure about warez/adult sites at the moment. Don't know if my friend wants to do that or not.

The best advice I can offer is to have stable service and be picky about who you allow to host with you if you are going to be a reseller.

Most hosts will not allow adults sites so make sure you check that out, before you host any.
