Are you provide H-Sphere 2.2 accounts setup free of charge?

We are waiving the setup fee for our dedicated servers with H Sphere. If you are asking about our shared hosting accounts there is no setup fee associated with them ever.

I'm asking about H-Sphere CP for a Dedicated server, as I know H-Sphere licence price is about $3.5-$4.5/setup for one domain.

Last time i called them i think 1a week ago u have to BUY Hspeher license

You still need to purchase your licenses for the control panel. We are waiving the equipment and software setup fees. The licenses are $4.50 a piece. That is a one time charge.
