unfortunately I am considering changing my hosting :( The current hoster I had was the best but over the few months things are just getting worse and really I am sad that I have had to make such a decision.

I am looking for a cheap/reasonable hosting with these specs:

ASP.NET
Webservices
AJAX (if possible)
SQL Server (not fussed about 2000/2005)
Windows Server 2003

4GB+ Storage
25GB+/month bandwidth,
Email (which allows me to use outlook as well)
Fast downloads/access
also perhaps and most likely web admin panel (like helm)

im sure im missing something but this should be all
