Here's what I want to do. I have my own dedicated server which hosts one big site. In that site I have 1 directory for video's, and one for wallpaper images. I want to be able to log traffic on the video's and wallpaper directories separately from the main IIS log. How would I set it up so that those dirs could have their own access logs? And is it possible to throttle bandwidth on just those directories without affecting the rest of the site?

I figured there has to be some way to do it as a virtual site, but I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance!
