Hi. anyone out there know how i could design a website FASTER? Okay here is the deal: I have designed vitamin websites in the past and I would have a big list of vitamins on a page and ofcourse when a user clicks on that viatmin, it would take them to a decsription of that vitamin. and i have more than a hundred vitamin listings. okay. i have the website i did before but i want to put everything from that site into the new one without having to do each vitamin page one-at-a-time. .htm .htm .H-T-M!!! uggg! so anyone know how i could like DO THIS? know what i mean?

Have the contents on a DB or possibly use XML?

do u know if i could use visual studio 8? how would i do that?

visual studio can be used to design websites, buts its more oriantated for web development, like asp.net coding and web 2.0 standards..

Although, Visual studio 2008 has some cool new features like javascript debugging which are very very very handy.

Better use a CMS like Joomla. Each vitamin would be an article. Copy from your old pages and paste Vitamin name as title and description as article content in your site's backend. You don't need to worry about design if you're using a ready made template.

Yes Joomla help you lot but may it take little time to customize. If you make a script in PHP/ASP it take much less time.

research the web! there are 1000s of FREE simple scripts which can do exactly this.
