Are stats and logs included in a customer's alloted disk space in a CPanel setup? If so, how often is this disk space re-used, and is there any way to remove the logs manually?

I've got a HUGE customer coming in, and I'm just wanting to make sure his log space is not going to cause a disk space problem on his account.
