I'll be damned if I looked at it funny, just now, my front green light strip burned out and I lost a bearing on the top cooling fan. After six years of resting quietly on the top corner of my bookshelf, generating backups on Saturday nights while I'm out at the bar, it's starting to show it's age.

I popped the case off and this light strip thing looks F'in proprietary, so I think I'm SOL. New fan is already in place.

Unless there's some place that sells these things for a few bucks...?

I have now 5 replacement fans for my RaQs and my Qube. Just cause I know how they can be. :)

As far as I know they are just standard led's and you should be able to pickup one at you local electronics store... if there is one :) otherwise you should be able to find an led somewhere on the net...
