Up for sale is online food ordering software and 7 long term clients.
Aproximate invoice
Client1 - $50 monthly
Client2 - $45 monthly
Client3 - $37 monthly
Client4 - $37 monthly
Client5 - $45 montly
Client6 - $50 monthly
Client7 - Paid till feb 09
Software
Custome php software will killer admin section. You will have full rights to this software as it was written by me.
Clients
Each client has their own hosting while the online ordering engine runs under its own domain. All pay monthly with credit card or paper invoice. Included in monthly is $15 (max, average is $5) worth of faxing and phone/email support for updating their menus. On average I get 2 contacts a month. Also included is full menu updates 1-2 times a year. On average it's 1 time a year for menu rewrites.
Revenue
Yearly gross is ~2700

I will let these clients go for best offer, however i am super concerned about where they go, service, proper business etc.
