I am posting this only because I can't contact my hosting service in any possible way!
Also it was on this forum I found Hostpacket, and their sales person gave me a quote
and encouraged me to contact Hostpacket.
I joined Hostpacket, the first of this month. The service has been excellent, until today.
Yesterday, the only day I don't monitor my site. I log on in the evening to find half my site
is not working. It appears that Hostpacket made a system setting change that affected my site.
I decided to wait till this morning to contact them, via the chat support.
NO, chat support, it is listed as unavailable.
I tried email, the email gave me an error, going to hostpacket.
I tried the customer support, trouble ticket, I can't even login to it!
I tried telephone support, only to find a voice mail message, and now I discover,
that phone support is non-existent!
I want everyone to know that I have been a happy customer, until today.
Heck on Sunday I was able to get chat-support at 8pm PST. That was incrediable.
But now I can't work on my site because of the system change they made and this is very frustrating.........
I hope this is only a blip on Hostpackets service map, and not the norm........... time will only tell....
