How fast can servers get setup?

59,95 its for the server. I don't know why in Europe All the Hosting companys you sale cpanel/whm so much money. In US servers they give with 15-20$ and in Europe 35-40euros, how it's much much money.

Regarding your questions:
- until now, we had no offtime since we opened our datacenter in Munich 1 year ago
- the bandwidth and speed is pretty good, there is no artificial derating of bandwidth
- we also accept USD etc. but you should send as much as it would be in Euros (so more USD than Euros for example)

Well - after looking at the webpage i decided to take you up on one of your offers.

It looks like it will fufil all my requirements.

I say looks like as i am still yet to recieve the server.

This i am afraid is not a good showing. Most server companys take up to 24 hours to allocate your server to you and they also inform you via email if anything is a miss or not working to plan [Take OVH for example - they informed me within 5 mins that i was unable to take the server with the OS that i wanted - 5 MINS, not 48 hours :o]

I have sent all the required information to your company [Transaction details etc etc] and i am still waiting for the server.

I did get an email today though :o After i had sent 2 emails to your support address

Im sorry - but paypal transactions are virtually instant - and they are reliable, thats why after a transaction id is passed with other companys you recieve your goods in the stated time!

I am a little worried as you state 7 days to recieve the server, does that mean i pay for 1 months rental - but get 3 weeks???

at us, the setup speed is pretty simple to understand:

The setup time of a new server is between 1 and 7 days. Meaning: You can get a server very fast - only one day after your order - in many occasions, but not always. Some customers have to wait up to 7 days depending on the current amount of work etc. - I'm sorry for this but we write this clearly on our page and we definetly can't change this at the moment. So, if you can wait up to 7 days (or less), it's pretty good to be at Giga-International. If you really need the server within 1 hour after your order, Giga-International.com is the wrong choice. Sorry to say this, but I want to be very serious. We are very good, but the setup time is between 1-7 days.

The 2nd thing you have to understand is that this period (1-7 days) starts AS SOON AS the money has been received by us via paypal. Meaning: When we see, oh, customer X has sent 100 Euros for his new server today, the install period of 1-7 days is starting.

Consider these two things and you will see, it will definetly work :-)

Please don't hesitate to write if you have any further questions.

Hmmm, you still didn't answer coxy69's question, which was: "...you state 7 days to receive the server, does that mean i pay for 1 months rental - but get 3 weeks???" Please answer the question for the benefit of everyone who might be intending to lease a server from your firm.

By the way, if you are a PayPal merchant, you should receive the monies sent to you virtually instantly, you needn't wait for 5 days as you state.

Are you reselling these boxes for someone else?

No. There is no artificial limit. However, the bandwidth is a shared bandwidth, meaning, sometimes the speed can be more and sometimes less, depending on the usage of other customers, ok ?
