hi,
my colocated server has red hat 7.1. I want to update it to red hat 7.3 remotely. it has webmin installed.
can anybody tell me how?

Any reason why you want 7.3 over 7.1?
Most of the time, you just have to upgrade the packages to a newer version.

To upgrade the kernel, just download the kernel you want (for example, from kernel.org), untar the files, put it in the /boot and /lib directories, modify your boot loader (lilo or grub), reboot, and you have a new kernel.
For software packages, use RPM, especially since you are using redhat.
