I recommend heading over to Sitepointforums.com and posting a request in the Trading Forum. You can barter; the best graphic for a $50 (or whatever) Amazon.com gift certificate. You should get quite a few responses. It worked for me:)

Check out gotlogos.com. They did one for a site we are about to open and it was very nicely done. Base pricing is $25. Make sure you know what you are after since I believe they charge something like $10 for revisions.
