Name.com doesn't provide domain whole-sale plan AFAIK.

We use ResellerClub for domains though!

I use Godaddy Bulk Register. You can google "godaddy bulk registration" to find the link. And then if you're not registering that many domains, go do a search for Godaddy Coupon code and you can usually get domains for $6.95 each.

onlinenic.com also have good price.
