There are many of these scripts, most of them based on phpBB2/3.
We use a spinoff from a script called sebflipper's Multi-forums script. Just google it and you'll find it out.

The free web hosting control panel XPanel offers an instant forum installation feature. I believe the software is fairly inexpensive too, $49 one time fee when I bought my license.
