Thanks.. -ryan Acroplex 08-15-2002, 02:05 AM You mean you want to waste a bit less money eh? :D zoli 08-15-2002, 03:08 AM You can get much lower prices with any enom reseller. thewitt 08-15-2002, 06:50 AM .cc domains are never going to be real cheap, but there are certainly options for less than $60 a year. The ccTLDs will not generally have enough volume to make inexpensive registrations feasible. -t Internet8000 08-15-2002, 08:58 AM $49.95 if you want to pay a one time fee to become an enom reseller. thewitt 08-15-2002, 09:16 AM $49.95 is still pretty high. -t ffeingol 08-15-2002, 09:48 AM Pawn, Check you PM's. I sent you one yesterday. I can't quote a price here because this is not an advertising forum. Frank Pawn 08-15-2002, 09:41 PM Do you think a .cc domain is a bad thing to have? The website I'm making I can get a great name with a .cc domain name. .com's are really used up, and I don't have many .com ideas for my site. -ryan XcaliburWS 08-15-2002, 10:49 PM what about .net or .org? i like .nu and .ws as well thewitt 08-16-2002, 07:19 AM We sell a fair number of .cc domains, and they are usually good single word domains that are easy to remember. You don't have to use hyphens, you don't have to stringabunchofwordstogether.com to make a domain name, etc. If you are actually building a website with them, I think they are fine. If you are speculating to try to sell the domain for big $$ later on, don't waste your time. -t ffeingol 08-16-2002, 07:23 AM I'd have to agree with thewitt. www.trillian.cc is easy to remember :D.
