We have just upgraded to use the kayako support suite but when we have tried installing kayako live response or kayako winapp the program crashes as soon as its started up
all our comps use windows xp pro with all the latest patches and the winapp/live response is the latest version any one know what may be causing this problem?

Yes, the problem is caused by the latest windows update. There is a fix available at
http://67.228.88.247/download/lr/3.1.1.48/win32/
But it uses memory like crazy (a fix is supposed to be released tonight).

not a problem. I'm suffering from the same issue as well, so it's nice to help a fellow host out like that.

Thanks alot being driving us nuts we were about to reinstall all the os's you saved us alot of time
its using a bit more memory about 20,700k memory
at least it working thanks

That latest Windows Update also broke my old WinApp for HCL. Unforunately I'm on my own to fix it, HCL is not being developed further :(
