I want to get some chinese customers but I am not sure which billing software support chinese character.

Can anybody suggest one for me ?

Out of the major billing control panels available (e.g. ModernBill, WHMCS, WHMAMP, ClientExec, etc.) none have been translated into Chinese. So even if the softwares do support Chinese, your customers won't be able to read any of the options in the software and probably won't be able to figure out how to submit a trouble ticket or place an order.

Though it is not simple chinese, it is good enough for me to use. can I modify it to simple chinese?
