Its luducrous that they would require proof of residancy and offical paperwork just to buy an asia domain name. What has the the world of domain purchasing come too. Everyone should be able to buy a domain, any domain they want, in any country they want. Instead of focusing on this they should be placing stricter penalties on spammers and people buying up ridiculous phishing and spam domain names and asking for proof of identity on those instead.
