How about first result for terms like "real estate" or "remortgage" Think of the profits you could make from 4 million monthly searches going to your website for the hardest search terms in the industry.
What kind of price do you think people would be willing to spend on this kind of info. I would know several people that would pay hundreds for this without thinking twice about it.
But hundreds puts it out of reach of so many people.
