I need an SSL cert. to accept paypal payments in iPanel. I have a reseller hosting account. Can I have an SSL cert. on a reseller account, or do I have to have a VPS or Dedicated Server?
Also, any recommendations on very cheap SSL's, because I'm all dried up on cash this month. lol.
Thanks

You don't need a VPS/Dedicated to use an SSL certificate. You will however need a dedicated IP address assigned to the account that will use the SSL certificate. :agree:

GoDaddy offers some of the cheapest SSL certificates around: http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/compare/gdcompare_ssl.asp?isc=sslxgo024b
Just $14.99 :)

You may want to create another account that's a sub-domain of your main account for SSL use. For example, secure.mydomain.com. Assign the dedicated IP to this account and use mod-rewrite/.htaccess to ensure that access to this sub-domain uses SSL only.

I've never had any problems with godaddy's system and $14.99 yr is pretty cheap. You can also find additional coupons for godaddy products by searching for godaddy coupons on google. That will save you a few more dollars.
