Does anyone know of an english speaking company with its datacenters based in Singapore. I am currently with resellerzoom and as its support is going down the toilet am looking to move.

Oh I was on asia-pacific plan at RZ and most of my clients are based in Australia.

Well, to be honest, you can't find such a huge requirement with low budget in singapore provider as singapore bandwidth are very expensive and the manpower cost are high :)

I had some servers hosted in a couple Singapore datacenters about a year ago. They also sold VPS's that I'm sure were of comparable quality to their dedicated servers. Have you considered opting for a VPS over a reseller account?

Its CPR20000 plan may fit your requirement (20GB / 400GB transfer/ unlimited accounts for 185RM/mo or 1850RM/year). The speed (from here, Vietnam) is OK. Support responses are fast (but not always technically usefull). My server has Installtron instead of Fantastico.
