I am looking for a web designer for a few projects I have. Basically, what would be required of them is anything from a one, to two page template on some projects, and possibly a full site for others. I was looking at paying around $150-$300 + for extremely professional work (for the templates that is). One design is for an IT themed site, another for a loan funding company, and another real estate.
