Top notch domain for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto game named Grand Theft Auto IV (official site http://www.rockstargames.com/iv ). No advertising done from the site, and the majority of the traffic is direct traffic. Ranked #1 in google for the keyword "grandtheftautoiv" and top or near to top ranks for other keywords related to it like "grandtheftautoiv news", "grand theft auto iv vehicles" etc. Very high on a lot of keywords on live.com such as http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=grand+theft+auto+iv&go=Search&mkt=en-us&scope=&FORM=LIVSOP . About $1-$3 a day from valueclickmedia and adsense combined, (currently only run one banner on the site). Traffic is so far 5k uniques this month (as of 15th) and the site was put up last month 21st of January and got 2.5k uniques during the end of the month it was up (really shows the power of the domain, to manage to get that kind of traffic the moment a site was put up for it). Domain was registered in 2004, before the game was announced or even planned (the developers announced they started developing the game in end of nov 2004, which was after the domain was registered).
The domain gtasa.com is also parked to the site, which im open for offers too, although doesn't need to be bundled with this sale.
Cant really stress enough how much potential this domain has. I haven't spent a lot of time developing it and it is already bringing in enough revenue to cover a semi-dedicated server (it doesn't require hardly any system resources or space, currently hosted on a shared account on hostgator.com). With a little time for google to pick it up more and some more developing would easily become one of the top sites for the upcoming game which is already said to be the biggest hit in 2008 (check the number of sales the previous grand theft auto game "san andreas" did and only imagine what this new-gen game will do).
If website maintenance/updating is required, we can negotiate something for that aswell.
