In the near future (couple of months) I will be looking to have a custom vBulletin skin designed. I've searched a couple of time but seem to only be able to find skin sites. I'm looking for a professional designer. Not sure how much the price would be, but I was thinking around 1k USD. Can anyone recommend a good vb designer?
