I would like to know how good is biggest-hosting.com for resellers?

I doubt you'll find anything on them here. I can't find a single review on the forums. Hopefully one of their current customers stops by to say hello!

As someone else said that uptime can be reset and is only for one server which could just host their site and nothing else, so is not a great measure.
