what a disaster,
99.9 up time= no
limited access to servers= yes
no support emails sent out to customers before doing maintenance= yes
cannot support ssl= yes
offers no support on new server= yes.
Servers always over loaded = yes
php problems= yes


paid a year and got totally bad service!

Dear Clients,

This is to let you know that you are currently hosted in either crayon1 or crayon2 server.
We are no longer accepting any more clients into these servers to maintain reliability.

Additionally, should you want to migrate to our new server, crayon3, you may do so. However, as we expect a lot of migration going on, we would not be able to provide detailed support. As such, if you wish to migrate to our new server, please ensure that you know how to backup and re-setup your account.

Again, this migration process is optional and you should only consider doing this if you know how to re-setup your website and are recommended for those who feel that their website is experiencing some server specific problems.

The question I have is that email seems to be out of context or something. Why would a host announce a new server and invite people to switch to it? Doesn't make sense.

I am also dissatisfied with this hosting. For several weeks has had many problems with its datacenter and they exhimen of guilt. Recently I have also suspended the account without notice saying that my server spammers. Actually registration mails sent to the junk folder (like hotmail and gmail), but was not SPAM.

I do not advise this hosting.

Why don't you just find a company that has been open for a few years 3-6.

Experience is a Key Factor in the Web Hosting Industry.

Because the common lure are the prices. Anyway, i looked for a hosting that permits ffmpeg, and for this there are not much in the market. At now i am very happy with my actual provider. I am with them a lot of month, and each month is the same that the first.

With Crayonhotst not even gave me a copy of sql despite many tickets I sent for it. They do not give me attention.
