So far, So good!!
Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I am very new.

Initial contacts made with multiple questions on pre-sale over the course of days and at different times to check response were excellent. All responses within 15 min. Usually within 5 to 10.

Finally signed up and was set up with my account in about 10 minutes. Get to work time. Being a totally new person to this and using this for my personal and kids sites I, of course had a bizillion questions that I kinda was firing rapid order at them. At the time they did not have their guides set up yet or some of my questions would have been answered there. All questions I had were answered within 15 minutes and if it was going to be longer they updated the post and told me what was going on. Always resolved within 1/2 hour. Most all of my questions were simpleton and I was never directed to another source for 3rd party items or told to google it. I always got helped even though I should have known half of it.

After a few weeks now I have yet to experience one and I mean one issue on their end, all problems were directly related to my lack of experience. Just yesterday I had an issue installing a db and needed to get help changing an item. I wanted to know how to do it. Not only did they go beyond and do what I needed but even stuff I did not request. This did not help me learn it, so I deleted what they did..(could make some people mad) and started over with the questions. At that point he explained what to do to fix the issue myself (after a day of searching and reading), and his explanation brought all the reading I had done together for me.
Since signing up with them, they have been prompt, courteous, extremely patient, and downright interested in my feedback. they actually emailed me to find out what I had done on a few occasions to solve my own issues, so they could keep it in mind for future reference.

I am coming from the host from hell and did one heck of alot of research and questioning and stuff for weeks before choosing. I did not want a big hostgator type place so I narrowed it down to innohosting and sphere and both were great. I chose sphere because I decided to use the h-sphere cp. Inno was great too. I signed with both to try them out and try out the cp's because I never had used either. Then I chose.

As dr replied, the response time it very good. What i have noticed is that, the chat is not online in a particular time period. Check at any time, they might be online if you are lucky!

also i'm lookin for more reviews about their backuping strategy and windows administration skills.

Yeah true and I have used the chat once or twice. But since I found the response on tickets so quick I no longer bother with chat. I just submit my ticket and do something else. As to backups, I just have all my own, I don't rely on them. I guess if yu have a ton of accounts that would be a big thing.
