I could help you out but the $300 works out as follows:

3hrs X 31 days in a month = 93hrs

$300 devided by 93hrs = $3.23

Not a lot?

Works out at: £195(UKP) or £2.10 hrs.

Thats below minimum wage in the UK at £4.20.

Good tech support is worth a minimum of £6.50(UKP) or $10 hr

Thats works out at $930 or £605 a month.

I would pay more and get a good part time tech working for you.

universal2001,

I think you ment $300 a week? $300 a month is slavery.

No. I mean $300 per month. The technicians work on a wage that we pay them. The $300 just goes into the company revenue.

Owe now I understand!!

The $300 goes to the company and you pay the techs a seperate wage :)

Now thats better :)

Well, when you take into account that we make more than enough to pay them as it is, that's really an extra $300 in the bank per month.

no. They actually get $18.50 per hour right now. They are there anyways.

So, we would just have then answer these tech support questions in addition to ours. The wouldn't get paid anymore. Our company would get the $300.00 per month, and our techs would continue to get $18.50/hour

Now that's a cunning plan.

lol

They don't mind. I've talked to each of them. They feel the same. "They are there doing it anyways."

Abolish slave labor at WHT!

I think "decent wages" need to be added to WHT rules.

This is not slave labour. Save labour is when you pay someone 10c a day. $300/mo is ALOT of money in many countries. A friend of ours lives in Asia teaching as a professor. He makes $50/USD per month and is living quite well. If you are from the United States, it would appear to be Slave labour but I can assure you that this type of wage is considered 'top' of the line for some. The money you earn and spend is all relative to the place you live. For example, the cost to get a haircut at the local shop cost .50c for these guys. Over here, it cost something like $10-20 bucks. Also, anyone want all you can eat Seafood for $2.00? :)

So, I'll take it that you're not interested in my offer?

You needed 1 and I'm offering 6 for the same price! I think that's a heck of a bonus.

Well, it IS slave labour to Americans, and to many other people in the world. The world CANNOT survive off of Indian prices. It may work in that country, but most of the world does not LIVE in India.

Many other people in the world? 3/4 of the world population make less than $1 per day.

Actually I wouldn't mind 300$/mo for 3 -4 hours a day

I can pay my mortgage with it.

Well just to clarify:

a) I live in India
b) I dont need the money but wouldn't mind it. I am anyway spending insane hours on the net both at the office and at home! :)

Greetings:

Even if you where only talking weekdays, $300 per month at the lowest hour in your range (3) would be $5 per hour.

You may want to just put in your post that you are seeking labor outside the U.S.
