WorcesterWideWeb 02-12-2008, 11:35 AM Hi I just wanted to give these guys a review, I have been with them for maybe 3-4 years now and I have to say its the best hosting service I have ever had. I dont remember the last time I had a down time and Tony from Hawk Host is always there to help me if i need anything. I have a reseller account I use for my web design clients and they are all satisfied as well. Its hard to find a good reliable host and this is one.
What domain have you had there for all that time, please?

search for their reviews here using hawkhost /devoted host and u'll find a couple of comments about them.

The uptime % is not really that useful. Just measures the uptime of the hosts site which for most hosts is one of the many servers they have.
I chatted with CR from there and he was very informative. Besides them not having a phone number, I think I might give them a try. The chat response time was extremely quick and accurate.

I'd just like to clarify things. We do technically have a phone number of contact and most of our staff also leave their cell numbers in their signatures on our ticket system. We simply do not offer an official sales/support phone contact. We haven't had a lot of requests for it and the few who have called our numbers it ended up going to ticket as it's tough to explain a problem through the phone anyways.
That doesn't mean we haven't been looking at offering a toll free phone support of some kind it's just not something we have available right this moment.

I am another satisfied customer. I have been with Hawkhost for about 3 months now. Have yet to have a problem, that maintain a forum where they put all the notices. Which I check every now and then.
I have a reseller account as well and have found their service and support to be unparalleled. I will recommend them to anyone. I guess the fact that I have a reseller account shows that. ;)

We do not have a failover system similar to some providers where there is another machine with the same data ready to go if the one is to fail. We of course do run raid and other things to prevent lengthy down times.
