Hi,
I'm wondering who can supply outsourced support to my customers, as I don't have much time/experience with the technical side at the moment.
Preferbly a cheap pay per ticket scheme with level 1,2,3 support and preferbly live chat. I have googled this but most look poor and I don't know who is best in this area.
Thanks,
Ian

I haven't tried any of the above but if I ever need to, I would choose Touch Support.

Hello Ian,
If you search here in WHT with the search parameters same as the subject line above you should get a lot of reviews of firms that provide outsourced support.
Thanks Ian,

There was a time when I worked for a company that contracted PC Helpline, a company out of Victoria, B.C. They were always very professional and not above taking as many steps as necessary to provide the best quality of support for their clients (within the scope of their access). I believe they do provide a per-incident plan but it's been a while since I had contact with them. http://www.pchelpline.com

How long has it been since you've been in contact with them? http://www.pchelpline.com/CS/lfc.htm - looks like your company has contracted them as well?

I was attempting to come across as being more detatched than biased. I am quite a fan of their services and people, regardless of the timeline. :-)

We are live and kicking. We had some issues with our domain registrar due to which the domain was not renewed in time. Things are back to normal now. You can check out site and let us know if you need any of our services.
Warm Regards.

If your not responsible enough to do such a simple thing as renewing your domain, why in the world would we trust our customers to you?

Hello MACsr,
If your not responsible enough to do such a simple thing as renewing your domain, why in the world would we trust our customers to you?
On the contrary, we had sent for domain renewal well before due date and also paid twice for it (as mentioned in my other post). However there was some giltch at the registrar's end causing the domain to go in redemption period. We however chased the issue with them and have sorted it out. They have accepted their mistake and apologized for the trouble caused.
Please be assured you can safely trust your customers to us.
Warm Regards.
