I have two questions i need help with if anyone could please give me some advice, thanks in advance.

1.) How do i set up a WHM and a Cpanel Demo on my website?

2.)How can i allow peeps to login to WHM via my site(resellers).

Do you mean a demo for yourself or for your customers?

Surely you can just create an account with zero resources, and just give out the passwords? If you tweak the theme so they can't change the password, there's nothing really harmful they can do, and if someone does mess it up, simply delete the account and create a new one.
