Any idea why I got error message "cPanel/WHM with Fantastico and RVskin cannot be ordered with CentOS 4 (64 bit)".

Is cpanel has alot ot trouble combined with 64bit OS?

I too placed my order with CentOS 5, 64 bit, but SL do not support it. It seems cpanel have support for 64 bit now.

http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpwhm/cpanel11/sys_requirements.htm

64 bit is better than 32 ?

Assume this special is over? Can't get the Single Processor Quad Core Intel Xeon 5310 to come up anywhere near $199.

Still offer is valid, new code is available at

Ta, works with the other code.

Did you manage to order cPanel with 64bit CentOS, given cPanel support it can't see why SL won't allow it, will drop their sales an email.

No, i am using 32 bit just because SL do not allow it.

Thats a shame, seems to be no real reaon that they don't allow it, other providers to. Now I have to decide if this offer is just too good to miss and go ahead anyway or wait a while.
