im from india and im uding dialtone since a year now
i wasnt able to open http://support.dialtoneinternet.net/
it shows a 403 page.
this is really weird.
since the last week of july ive seen a drastic cut in my website stats.
could it be that many of my visitors are being cut off by dialtone coz their ip falls in dialtones ip range.
has anyone here faced a similar problem?

so try that.

Your IP isn't blocked (at least not in this case). As was said above, you should go to http://www.mymanagedhosting.com (has replaced the old area).
