We are running WHMAP on our cpanel server and ever since we had the ASSP software installed the automated emails such as account setup, forgot password, etc mails won't send out to our customers. Regular emails work great and ASSP is doing a great job cutting down/eliminating the SPAM on the server for REGULAR email. However....

We can't even find the attempts in the assp maillog from WHMAP trying to send:

What we do find is in the /var/log/exim_mainlog file is this:

/var/log/exim_mainlog:2008-02-07 20:59:30 1JNJSc-0004t6-98 H=localhost ({mydomain.com}) [127.0.0.1]:60253 I=[127.0.0.1]:125 F=<admin@mydomain.com.com> rejected after DATA: there is no valid sender in any header line

Any ideas on this?

Brandi Diggs, developer of WHMAP, has checked his code and it is formatted and working properly. This just started happening when we installed ASSP.

Ideas?? Suggestions??

Did WHMAP try to send e-mails to invalid addresses such as "admin@mydomain.com.com" before you installed ASSP?

If you mean did it send e-mails from invalid address such as admin@mydomain.com then the answer is NO.

admin@mydomain.com is a valid address that is setup on that server.

Anymore ideas???
