Can anyone tell me why everytime I try to set one of my retail enom sub accounts to 8.88 it says retail too low? My rate is 6.95 which means even with the .95 and 3% it should still be high enough.

Hope this helps! David Gurudev 10-23-2002, 04:38 PM Becuse of ENom.com's new plolicy change, that no one can register a domain under $8.95 or $8.9x From what I heard, it is only for "new accounts created" - I guess the price for old accounts will be the same at whatever price it was setup, originally. That's what I heard, it is all so confusing. jhcashman 10-23-2002, 05:15 PM haha I asked this ? 2 months ago before enom pulled all this crap! Man I wish I had created a bunch of extra accounts before this new policy. I bet I can auction them off for a pretty penny now! :) WildCard 10-23-2002, 05:37 PM haha, well, I would assume that if enom found out that was happening, you would lose your special rate. :) -WC- AQHost 10-23-2002, 08:25 PM Retail accounts can be created at any price > your wholesale price. It's reseller accounts that are subject to the $8.95 rule. I just verified this on a test retail account. If you check the date of the original post it was two months old :D Best wishes, Simon. WildCard 10-23-2002, 09:37 PM Doh, :homer:, that one slipped past me. -WC- |
