I re-installed RH Linux 7.3 on my server
now when it starts it goes to a screen that says GRUB and just stays there.

In the installation option I chose Lilo or no boot loader and it still goes to that GRUB screen.

It just goes there and stays there.

What should I do to get rid of this ?

I have had this similar problem. You will need to reinstall but this time format the drives as the MBR is still active from the previous installation. From what it sounds like you will need to just reinstall formatting the drive and removing all partitions. Good luck.

Use the floppy boot disk you made to load linux... Go into Shell and type "lilo" to install lilo to the MBR. No more GRUB
