Just saw the press release that Fasthost is offering MS Office Suite as SaaS for a monthly fee. Is this a special license with Microsoft? Does anyone have more information on this? Is it streamed to the user's computer? This might be another product line to offer to our customers.

You can offer Office under the SPLA agreement, but it needs to be hosted on your servers. So they would need to access the software with remote desktop.

As has already been said you need to provide it as a hosted service, i.e. you cannot let your customers install it on their computers, you must install it on a server and provide access to it using Citrix / Terminal Services... (which involves licensing costs too).
