They installed our server with all the latest Plesk upgrades. Was a nice change to see all of this..
Also, network appears to be fast, no downtime since I started with them.
Cons:
* IPs cost too much... I believe its like $1 per IP/month (not very feasible if you have hosting clients)
* No upgrade to Plesk 5.0 when it comes out
* No option to buy an upgrade, only monthly lease. For example, if I wanted an additional 512mb stick, it cost $45/mo....
Pros:
Fast network, no downtime, good servers, good security
I guess your paying for quality...?

IP's are .50 Each Per Month :)
Additional Memory is $40.00 Per Month for 512
Also, we will be adding on a few more IBM's and having some closeouts on some IBM 330 SCSI Systems.
