I'm thinking about not to use Google Adwords for promote my website, and just offer a big discount to my users. I mean, I spend about 200€ in Google Adwords, so use this credit to promote cheap services.
I think with this I could get more customers but perhaps the wrong ones (the cheapers who only look at the price)
any experience with this? thanks!

It's hard to get signups from Adwords without spending a lot of money. You need to really focus your keywords and keep tight control of your budget.
I don't think, though, that offering discounts will necessarily get you more customers. They have to find you first; only then can they consider your pricing.

You need highly targetted keywords or really deep pockets to play the adwords game. Highly targetted keywords will be cheaper, but offer less demand than the broader keywords, which will offer more exposure, but cost heaps more too. Also what makes adwords so much harder is the high rate of fraud clicking, that some say accounts for 27% of clicks. It's a tough game to play. :S

It takes a lot of patience to get an effective AdWords campaign going, but once you have something setup that works, it's brilliant :)

Not using GoogleAds is not the end of the world. For many businesses it's the right decision. The competition is fierce, and unless you're targeting a very specific location or niche, you're not going to see the return your looking for.
Big discounts might not be the key either. If you're offering discounts, won't you just be drawing the cheaper customers? You may want to take that additional money and parlay it into additional services or more reliable hardware. The big question is where do you want to be in the next year in this market?

We have had a good experience with AdWords. It is quite a bit of work upfront to get your campaigns just right, but we feel it is well worth the work.
However, if not attended to, costs will pile up VERY quickly.
Moral of the story: proceed, but be careful and deliberate.

I think GoogleAds work but you need to be more specific about the keywords and your campaign as said by others. You also need to spend your quality time looking into the results you are getting and if no results there, what could be the reason. But if you are really not satisfied with GoogleAds, I think you should look at some other way to advertise your business. :)
