First time poster here...

- I want to be able to create user accounts and handle billing from one system.

- I want my users to be able to add their own email/FTP accounts and create aliases easily.

- COST! I have very shallow pockets and love open source software. A free system would be a dream come true, but I won't hold my breath.

I used to pay Hostway (www.hostway.com) for my hosting needs but I am now able to host my own sites. Their control panel was nice because I could do anything I wanted without having to contact an admin.
