Does anyone have any experiences with Superb Internet or HostMySite?

I am particular about the customer service and flexibility.

HostMySite has excellent service. I haven't used Superb, but then again I haven't used anyone else since I switched over to HostMySite. Their support is really good, even at 2AM. Some companies advertise 24x7 support, but don't have anyone helpful around in the evening. HostMySite seems to always have good people available.
