No the designers have not made any hosting sites yet, but I'm sure they are more than capable of doing so.

I'll be uploading some more of their design work today hopefully and I'll post a link here when that's complete.

Additionally, yes we take 50% on agreement and then 50% on completion of the work. I hope that is understandable.

Im guessing here, but it might be that your price is too high.
Its not that its not worth it, its worth it and more for the kind of design, but the people here have been mal-accustomed to high quality at very low prices due to the competition (amt of designers). Damn that suppy and demand ;)
