You might want to take a look at Apache-ASP, its a Perl Module, it runs under mpod_perl, and it is free:

No, I have tested it on a couple of standard Linux boxes and it is pretty cool. I don't know that we are prepared to start offering ASP on our production servers yet, since none of us are ASP programmers, so I don't know how much support we can give :).
