Minimum one month required. Data transfer measured using actual bandwidth usage. Additional data transfer billed at $2.00 per GB in 10GB increments. I have been with Serverhost for about a month and highly recommend them. Jeff is always willing to work out a solution for our needs and the support is top notch. I have never seen customer service this good in any type of business much less hosting. You can't go wrong with Serverhost!

PS: I was not paid to say this. Just a very satisfied customer :D

I don't think so! One thing for sure, I've sent some emails and pm to Jeff since last week to ask some sales questions. Guess what? No reply at all.
It's very weird cause eservers.biz always reply my sales questions within minutes. I think that's what I call a top-notch customer service, but certainly that's not my feeling for serverhost :D
