Are there any other forums that someone can suggest that GeoTrust monitor to get feedback on our SSL products?

This forum is proving very helpful and I am looking for others like it.

Just installed my SSL certificate and everything went fine with the install. But when I go to access the site https://mydomain.com I get the pop up warning about the certificate. It is the pop up that gives you the option to view, install, or continue. I know when I go to other secure sites this does not happen. Is there something I did wrong or something I can change in my settings. The certificate is on my main IP and I just want to use it on my main site.

Can you please provide a bit help ? The third party that I purchased GeoTrust toward, hasn't replied to my inquiry yet. been 3 days !!

Did you request it with the correct subdomain? If not your browser gives a SSL certificate "error" because the subdomain/domain doesn't match the SSL value.

Too bad you won't be in everyone's current box. I had to purchase a Thawte cert instead.

I think it is not installed right is your problem. I saw this problem, but cannot recall where. I put my secure page in a sub in my home directory so it comes up https://www.yourdomain.com/secure/order.html. By using your main as a common, you can make any page secure. sell, buy what ever. Plus the customer see the page name"secure" which I guess is a good thing.

Plus to Geotrust CEO, your support people never did reply to my pre sell question on a true site ID.
I have now lost intrest in your product. The SSL went fine for the record.
