Please help me to solve this problem.I have search many places for low prices.
i found tucows - OpenSRS
They sell
.com ($6.00) .net ($4.25) .org ($6.00) .info ($5.75) .biz ($5.30)
I can't find low prices than tucouws. But I can't understand that management fee (3$) is necessary.
My questions are
(1)Can I get Domains with out tucows management fee? (eg: .com for 6.20)
(2)if I do not buy tucows management , Will thay offer OpenSRS ?
Thank you.

I'm an OpenSRS reseller and as far as I know you have to pay the extra $3.
That's how OpenSRS works now, you pay the registry price (all the prices you listed are the old prices before the price hike) plus the ICANN fee plus there own fee of USD 3.00.
All in all it becomes quite expansive, if you look for low prices go with an other registrar.

Do you buy .com's at 9.20$ ?
How do you sell domains buying at 9.20$ (+credit card processing fee)
I think we have to sell .com domain name over 10$.
It is very difficult to sell domain over 10$ while people sell domains at 7.49 - 8.95 $
Thank you for your reply.

Yes, that $3 is mandatory. They (Tucows) just split their cost for COSMETIC reason.

As a Tucows reseller myself, I sometimes register domains for my clients TOTALLY FREE. The truth is, you can sell at whatever price you like; and as a HOSTING COMPANY, ipower could well use it as a loss leader, for their web hosting services.

Competing on price alone is not going to take you anywhere. And to be honest, MOST people would not bother with a couple of dollars A YEAR, esp. when they only have a couple at the most, although I do agree that $10 is a psychological threshold.

Regarding the $3.00 Management Fee that Tucows charges, it is a way for us to break out exactly who gets what in the cost of a domain name.
The cost of the domain name from the Registry, and the ICANN fee is a hard cost we, and every other Registrar, pays. The $3.00 fee is the portion Tucows gets from resellers in exchange for providing OpenSRS access, Managed DNS, WHOIS Privacy, a name suggestion tool, the ability to sell aftermarket domains, and more.
Yes, you'll see people selling domains at a lower cost, and it's likely that some resellers sell the domain at a slight loss but build that into the price of hosting or other services they provide in addition to the domain name.
When you look at which wholesale Registrar you want to partner with, base price is just one of the considerations. You should look at annual fees, things like the cost of WHOIS privacy, whether you get API access and whether costs are based on volume. You should also look at reputation in the industry and things like redemption policies to ensure that your customers are well represented and protected.
If you have any questions about Tucows specifically, give me a PM or an email and I can do my best to get you the answers.

I use to give them out for free with new accounts.

The only reason you HAVE to sell for that price is if you are trying to compete to the lowest common denominator of the hosting business. If thats the crowd you are going after andyou don't have deep pockets, well good luck.
I sell .ca domains to some customers for $20 CDN. They can get them elsewhere for $12 but I hold their hands and they feel safe this way, so they are willing to pay more.
Some sell hosting accounts for $5 for what I offer for $35. I sell two of those accounts to one person for $70 per month. This covers 45% of my server cost for that month.
