I`m thinking of putting up a client base, where every visitor on my site can view who is hosted with me. But I don`t know how the general oppinion about this is. Is it likely that my clients will have no objections to that?

Haakon,
You won't have any problem at all if you get their permission first. Jusk ask some of them and I am sure most of them will be more than happy to oblige. Then you will not have to worry about them getting mad at you.

create a database where your clients can submit their links and reviews about you and display it!!
The clients which like to display will and others will not..
Thank you,

That can be a good idea. It would be nice for pre-customers to see how fast the servers are.
You could even do a community thing where your clients put a link button to your site and people can click to vote on their website (top ten kind of thing listed on your site). That way you can advertise your web hosting on your client's sites.

I think the best thing would be to, email your clients, and ask them if its ok. I dun think many will mind.

Yes, I'd first get permission from your client and only put a hand full up. There are alot of lurkers out there (especially hosting companies) that will try and steal your clients.
