I don't know, but usually WHT support tickets are answered in at most 24 hours...
My recent ticket: EEU-10003
Has been open for a few days without a response... Is there a reason?

I never waited this long for a ticket from WHT... :P
There's only a few people on staff that can handle that type of ticket, Paul, and there have been quite a lot of those lately. Nothing wrong other than being abnormally busy. ;)
