As per our FAQ:

Q: Do you allow IRC related services to be hosted?
A: We allow IRC related services but as soon as they become a problem (such as attracting DDos attacks) we have the right to suspend your service immediately our service makes more sense for the causual IRC user.

Just to clarify since a few potential clients mentioned it you may have up to 5 IP addresses for free while ordering put the amount you require in and anymore past 5 are charged at $1.25 per month per IP.
