I am 15, almost 16 in the US. What will I need to be "legal" with my business?

I have an adult who's going to handle most of the paperwork, but I am not too sure what all needs to be done. Any help? Thanks!

I would recommend you incorporate your business, *remember: you will be required to file tax returns*

What state are you in exactly? that also helps

"I am in the state of Arkansas". I have the basic necessities to get going, such as the reseller plan, client & billing, etc.

I would recommend incorporating. Arkansas doesn't really have good tax advantages.

I would recommend Nevada, Delaware or Wyoming.

Honestly, I think I'd suggest that you wait and spend time getting a good education. Starting and running a host [the right way] is a lot of work and requires a ton of time. Ask yourself these questions. Do I have the money to fund the venture for several (or more) months? How do I plan on doing support while I'm at school? Why do I want to start a host, if money is your #1 reason then this probably isn't the best thing to do at your age. If at the end of the day you decide that you still want to be a host, then the best thing I can recommend is be careful. Here in the US, if something legal happens it will be your parents that are held responsible.

I agree, do a little bit more research before jumping into it. However, if you still want to proceed, i would recommend doing a LLC. It will not fall back on you if the business fails.
